The secret to this appetizer is all in the batter recipe which you will find below.

  • cooking oil
  • egg
  • flour

10 oz of beer

1 egg

2 teaspoons of cooking oil

2 cups of flour

  2. Dip jalapenos and onion slices in the batter to fully coat.
